Welcome to Ikhlas Travel. We appreciate your trust in our services. By booking with us, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, which govern your travel arrangements. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Agreement & Acceptance

  • By using our website or booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
  • No verbal agreements or modifications shall be valid unless confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of Ikhlas Travel.
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Our Services & Responsibilities

  • Ikhlas Travel operates as a travel agency, facilitating Umrah, Hajj, flights, accommodations, and transportation services. We act as an intermediary between customers and service providers, including airlines, hotels, and transport companies.
  • We are responsible for arranging your travel itinerary, but we do not own or control the third-party services included in your booking.
  • Any changes or disruptions caused by airlines, hotels, or other suppliers are beyond our control, and we shall not be held liable for such occurrences.

Booking & Payment Policy

  • All bookings are subject to availability. We advise booking well in advance to secure your preferred travel dates.
  • A deposit is required at the time of booking, and full payment must be completed before ticket issuance or travel package confirmation.
  • Failure to make timely payments may result in automatic cancellation of your booking, with applicable cancellation charges.

Pricing & Charges

  • All prices are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in airline fares, hotel rates, and exchange rates.
  • We strive to provide accurate pricing, but in the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and notify you of any adjustments before finalizing the booking.
  • Additional charges such as visa fees, travel insurance, and local taxes are not included unless explicitly mentioned in your package.

Travel Insurance – Highly Recommended

  • We strongly advise all travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers:
  1.  Medical emergencies
  2. Flight cancellations or delays
  3. Baggage loss
  4. Personal liability
  • Ikhlas Travel shall not be responsible for any financial loss due to a lack of travel insurance.

Amendments & Changes to Bookings

  • If you wish to make changes to your booking, you must notify us in writing as early as possible. Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Airlines and hotels may impose their own amendment fees, which the customer will be responsible for covering.
  • If a change results in an increased cost, the customer must pay the difference before the adjustment is confirmed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • If you need to cancel your booking, written notice must be provided. The following cancellation charges will apply:
  1. Time Before Departure Cancellation Fee
  2. More than 45 days Loss of deposit
  3. 44 to 30 days 30% of total booking cost
  4. 29 to 15 days 50% of total booking cost
  5. 14 days or less 100% (No refund)
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.
  • Some airline tickets and hotel reservations are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timing.

Responsibility & Liability

  • Ikhlas Travel is not liable for:
  1. Flight delays, rescheduling, or cancellations by airlines
  2. Hotel overbookings, room downgrades, or service quality issues
  3. Loss of baggage, passports, or personal belongings
  4. Any injury, illness, or unforeseen incident during
  • While we aim to provide accurate information, we do not take responsibility for unexpected changes in visa rules, airline policies, or government regulations.

Visa & Travel Documentation

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport, visa, and any other necessary travel documents before departure.
  • We offer assistance with Umrah visas, but final approval is solely at the discretion of Saudi Arabian authorities.
  • Any refusal of entry due to missing or incorrect documents is the traveler’s responsibility, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

Hajj & Umrah Regulations

  • All travelers must comply with the official regulations of Saudi Arabia for Umrah and Hajj. Failure to do so may result in fines, deportation, or a travel ban.
  • It is strictly prohibited to overstay an Umrah visa or engage in unauthorized activities while in Saudi Arabia.
  • Any penalties imposed by authorities due to non-compliance will be the sole responsibility of the traveler.

Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Circumstances)

  • We shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes due to force majeure events, including but not limited to:
  1. Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms)
  2. Epidemics or pandemics
  3. Government-imposed travel restrictions
  4. Airline or hotel strikes
  5. Political instability or war
  • In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will be subject to the policies of airlines, hotels, and other service providers.

Complaints & Dispute Resolution

  • If you encounter any issues during your journey, please inform us as soon as possible so we can assist in resolving the matter.
  • Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of returning from your trip.
  • Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be handled under the laws of England & Wales, and any legal proceedings will take place in UK courts.
